Video Editing


PROFESSIONAL COURSE ON VIDEO EDITING


  • Three Month Course
  • Total 24 Classes 
  • Evening Batch: Thursday and Saturday (6:00 pm -8:00 pm)
  • Course Director: Moyukh Bary
  • Course Fee: BDT 20,500

Course Outline


  • Film Editing theory and technical knowledge
  • Editing software operations (Adobe premiere pro)
  • Story based, Rhythmic, Continuity and Multi camera Editing
  • Sound and color correction, grading
  • Title, green screen technology, visual effects, motion
  • Mix, master and export
  • Final Project on Time-Space-Continuity editing

Adobe After Effects (12 Hour session)
  • Basic Introduction to Photoshop & After Effects
  • Using Effects and Presets
  • Animating Texts, Shape and PSD Layers, Working with masks
  • Using Multiple composition and motion graphics templates.
  • Getting started with Rotoscoping
  • Screen Replacement, Motion Tracking, Camera Tracking
  • Object Removing and Green screen works

Color Grading in Davinci resolve (16 Hour session)
  • Environment and technologies for Color Gradin
  • Editing and Color Grading round tripping between Adobe Premiere and DaVinci Resolve

  • Judging the exposure, contrast and colorcas
  • Primary and Secondary Color Correctio
  • Color Grading and Look Development
  • Mastering

Audio Mixing & Creative Sound Design (12 Hour session)
  • Audio mixing techniques, including sub-mixes, cleaning up audio, and when to use effects like gates, compressors and EQ.
  • Dubbing and sound design

Final Project with expert Supervision (8 Hour session)
  • Best workflow practice with an industry expert – including 4K video edits and Project Management
  • optimize built-in effects and third-party plug-ins.
  • Titling (Creating Open & End credit)
  • Trailer Editing & Multi-Camera Editing
  • Finishing a project, including titling, grading, round-tripping to other Adobe software, exporting settings and encoding.
