Munira Morshed Munni
Munira Morshed Munni is a freelance photographer and the founding member and the General Secretary of Children’s Film Society (CFS). She has experience as a photographer for more than 20 years after an extensive degree from Pathshala South Asian Media Institute in 2000. During her professional career she has worked for Drik Picture Library Limited as a Photographer and Photo Editor; Program Officer of Goethe Institut, Community Facilitator for Bangladesh Tele Centre Network, and many more. During this journey she has worked closely for the development sector; providing specialist assistance in behavior change communication, advocacy, and awareness raising through her photography skills. She has been assigned as a photographer for international organizations like Unicef and UNDP.
Munira Morshed Munni has been speaker and facilitator at number of seminars and workshops, and been judge of photography and film competitions. Writing, editing and networking are other prominent skills of Munira Morshed Munni. She has also directed a TV fiction titled ‘Maayer Kachhe Fera’ which was telecast on Desh TV in 2012.
Currently she is one of the faculty members of Pathshala South Asian Media Institute and General Secretary of Children’s film society.
